Maze Layouts Everyone Should Know
If you're new to tower defence on phones, learning a few reliable maze shapes will save you a lot of restarts. These aren't game-specific tricks, they're patterns that show up everywhere.
The corner maze is the classic. Force enemies to loop through a tight bend and stack your damage where they slow down. It's boring, it's effective, and it works in nine games out of ten.
The S-curve spreads your coverage better when you can't cram everything into one corner. It costs more space but keeps enemies in range longer, which matters against fast waves.
Then there's the choke point, a single narrow lane packed with your strongest towers. Risky if something slips through, devastating if it doesn't. Use it when you've got reliable slow effects.
Mix these depending on what the level throws at you. The players who struggle are usually the ones who force one layout onto every map.
